I went in to get my car checked for a recall, and the windows were not working. They checked the windows and found it was not because of the recall, but because of the generator. First time having my new Odyssey serviced. Had an oil change, tire rotation and a recall looked at. I was greeted by the staff promptly and got checked in and was able to wait in a very nice area with TV change, tire rotation and a recall looked at. Knowing this, I'd bring my little one to wait with me next time rather than find a baby sitter. Maurice was very professional and got me in and out quickly. I was shopping for a new Honda Odyssey. After doing much online research and price comparison amongst all the Honda dealerships in the twin cities, luther had the lowest price. When I first went in for a test drive, they were very friendly and helpful. After the test drive, they didn't pressure me and gave me time to think about. When I went back a few days later to purchase the vehicle, they were again very helpful and attentive. They made it easy to compare the different models while my wife and I decided which was right for us. We traded in a vehicle and their offer was higher than any other trade-in offer we had gotten when shopping around. They recently moved into a new building that was great. It had tons of amenities available while we waited for all the paperwork to be finalized. We plan on getting our service done there as well (though with the vehicle being a week old we haven't yet had to take it in). More

The new service center feels very luxurious, clean service bay & counters with comfortable seating, good cofffee and plenty to entertain yourself with (while you wait.) We totally trust Zack with our cars. He tells us when we have upcoming maintenance and approximately what it will cost us prior to having to bring it in. This helps us plan financially.
