Excellent experience! I was referred to Luther Brookdale Honda by someone very close to me and I have to say the experience I had was flawless! I was greeted at the door by I was referred to Luther Brookdale Honda by someone very close to me and I have to say the experience I had was flawless! I was greeted at the door by Tanner and felt like he had me under his wing for the next several hours. I had never bought a "new" car before so I was nervous but excited at the same time and Tanner really helped me to feel comfortable about the process and I felt like he was really trying to help me, not just sell me a car to get the sale. Scott Kasprzak made an appearance several times too just to make sure everything was going well and that made me feel good, too. He is a family friend and really helped me out even though he didn't have to do that. Even the guy in finance, Adam Peterson, was great! I didn't spend nearly as much time with him as I did with Tanner but the little interaction we had was excellent. I felt like these guys really cared about me and I have a feeling that is hard to come by in the car dealership world. I will be recommending Luther Brookdale Honda to anyone and everyone I know that is looking to buy a car. SO PLEASED! Side note: I have a young son who was with me that day and luckily Luther Brookdale Honda has a little room with some toys and a TV to keep kids occupied. I thought will they be as good as Hopkins Honda..Yep they were I had a break issue and they took care of it. I would never buy another vehicle from any other dealer except Honda I love my Ridgeline it's my 2nd one people always ask if it's a good truck I always tell them it's the best and I shop no place else More

Two hours to change airbag recall? I got a phone call early from Honda Brookdale letting me know that they have a new airbag. I made an appointent for 6pm. the most interesting part is I got a phone call early from Honda Brookdale letting me know that they have a new airbag. I made an appointent for 6pm. the most interesting part is that I had to ask if this was part of a recall. After arriving at 6:02 I was told that it was going to take 1 hour, that is right 1 hour which it felt that I could handle that with a coup of coffee and wi-fi. BUT, After 1:45, one hour and fourty five minutes I was told that the technician was still working on it. Then after 2 hours WITH AN APPOINTMENT I was able to get out of there with no car wash, hungry, and no other absolutly no apology for taking so long to fix something that I should not be waiting for. I was told to come back for a car cash becasue was cold. Once again, NO APOLOGY. More

I was a little rush when I contacted the Honda Dealer today for the service of oil change but I was able to get the service tonight and I appreciated I was a little rush when I contacted the Honda Dealer today for the service of oil change but I was able to get the service tonight and I appreciated Joe over the phone to not only set it up but also recommended the very much needed "Tire rotation" even though I did not know. When I drove in I decided to have both the oil change and the tire rotation. Mr .Tyler Sunderberg was able to finish both job in reasonable time. And I was able to use my coupon, plus the car was washed! Great job folks! More
