I was overall happy with the experience. The only comment I'd like to make is when I was picking up my car. Since this was my first time at the new location; I wasn't sure where to go afterwards to comment I'd like to make is when I was picking up my car. The person who I was working with when I dropped off the car was Shane. Shane was with another customer; therefore I stood there and waited until he was done. It was about 5 minutes or so, not too long. When he was done all he needed to tell me that my key and paperwork was inside at the service desk. It took him about 5 seconds. I understand that he was trying to give his full attention to the other customer, however, he could've excused himself and quickly point me in the right direction instead of making me wait until he was done. More

I took my 2011 Accord in for a routine oil change and got the air filer and cabin filter replaced per their recommendation. Sure, you might spend a little more for service at a dealership, but I'm convinced that you get the best possible care for car. Brookdale Honda has been the only place to service my cars in the past 10 dealership, but I'm convinced that you get the best possible care for car. Shane was very good about giving me details on the work completed and the results of check points. Kristi was good enough to apply my discount coupons even after the initial paperwork was prepared. I couldn't expect any more from the people I met. I only apologize that I can't remember the gentleman's name who checked me in. I have purchased three of my last four cars from Brookdale Honda. It would have been four of four, but I had to go to their sister dealership in Hopkins once for the right color. I'm a fan. (The new building is pretty nice too!) More
