I was shopping for a new Honda Odyssey. After doing much online research and price comparison amongst all the Honda dealerships in the twin cities, luther had the lowest price. When I first went in for a test drive, they were very friendly and helpful. After the test drive, they didn't pressure me and gave me time to think about. When I went back a few days later to purchase the vehicle, they were again very helpful and attentive. They made it easy to compare the different models while my wife and I decided which was right for us. We traded in a vehicle and their offer was higher than any other trade-in offer we had gotten when shopping around. They recently moved into a new building that was great. It had tons of amenities available while we waited for all the paperwork to be finalized. We plan on getting our service done there as well (though with the vehicle being a week old we haven't yet had to take it in). More

We totally trust Zack with our cars. He tells us when we have upcoming maintenance and approximately what it will cost us prior to having to bring it in. This helps us plan financially. went in for routine oil change and they said plug was stripped and could not put another plug in. I was experiencing repeated problems with my new Honda CRV. It would not start on 4 separate occasions. Each time I called AAA and then drove it into the dealership. Unfortunately the battery tested fine CRV. It would not start on 4 separate occasions. Each time I called AAA and then drove it into the dealership. Unfortunately the battery tested fine each time. Chad told me the next time this occurred to call him immediately to have my car towed into the dealership. The 4th time this occurred I called Chad and he sent a tow truck. When they examined the battery dead, they were able to see the cause of the repeated problems and subsequently replaced the battery. Chad listened to me, heard my frustration with my brand new CRV and did everything in his power to solve the problem. I am grateful, will continue to bring my car to Brookdale Honda for service and recommend this service department. Thank you. More
