everyone is friendly and helpful and the work is always well done. My issue with the process for picking up your car. The last time i was there 3 customers were standing in the doorway trying to figure out who was next and which of the service advisors was the one that would going to check them out. when i finally got waited on and walked out to my car i found that it had not been washed even tho i indicated that i wanted a wash. Went back in and leterted my service advisors who had to come out and drive my car to the car wash. After a fairly long wait i went back to him and asked why it was taking so long. Pretty soon he brought may car around. Why him? don't you have runners for that? my guess is that because of my issue a customer had to wait even longer. I'm not at all happy with that. More
