When they sold me the car, they told me it came with four free oil changes. Now, they have added that the four free oil changes are only good until the car hits 20,000 miles or until the end of 2023. They certainly did not tell me this when they wanted to make a sale. I think it is sleazy to leave that information out. I have not checked my paperwork yet to confirm if that was in writing, but either way, it has significantly reduced any interest in doing additional business with Luther Brookdale Mazda, and I am no longer recommending this dealership to other friends who are currently buying cars or those who will buy cars in the future. If you charge me 30 for the part and then take your time changing the filter, It will take 10 minutes at the very most.. It should be a 40.00 job.
