Came in to look... seriously, just to look... bought! I came in with a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse knowing I wanted to trade it in at some point and had some interest in the Mazda CX-5 after doing some online I came in with a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse knowing I wanted to trade it in at some point and had some interest in the Mazda CX-5 after doing some online research. Chad the salesman (honestly more of a "smart-friend" than a salesman, the guys a class act) approached me and instead of trying to sell me a car took the approach of getting to know me and my situation, was very patient and professional as I told him my life story ( new job, in the market for engagement rings, strict budget if I were to buy at some point). Then I told him I was interested in the cx5, he gave me a quick demo and a pressure-free test drive on my own which was really the deal sealer... getting to drive the cx5 around and experience it on my own with my music in my element got me really excited. Chad proceeded to work his xxx off to get within my budget, which he did after some long negotiations (that he lead) with upper management. I can't say enough about how great my experience was and how happy I am with my purchase. I would recommend not only the dealership but more importantly Chad to all of my friends that are in the market. He's currently texting me to ensure I'm happy with everything and updating me on my status of changing my license plates from standard to the MN nature ones (don't judge me... they're sharp!)
