We had a great experience shopping for a used car at Brookdale Mazda. We stopped in on a Saturday to see the used inventory and Eric got our needs whittled down to two vehicles. We left and did some research and decided to purchase one of the vehicles from Eric. The Credit application was done on line and we were approved and ready to sign papers by Monday evening. This was the easiest process we experienced when purchasing a car. I highly recommend the dealership. More

Chad was quite friendly, laid-back and knowledgeable about the vehicle that I purchased. Even though it had only been in their inventory a couple of days, he we even wiling to track down his colleague w about the vehicle that I purchased. I met Chad. I explained my situation. And he did everything he could 1) to explain to me the process of buying a car in the US; 2)to find me financing. He gave me tips that enabled me to find very competitive rates despite my lack of credit history. Brilliant! Chad was very friendly and patient with me, answered all my questions and provided me with all information needed. I finally bought the car and I enjoy it a lot! With the latest snowfalls, 10 days after my purchase, a plastic part under the car became loose, collected snow, and broke. I brought the car back to Chad, explained the situation. In no time he booked my car in with their mechanics, organised a loan car for me and arranged everything. Two days later I was in my car again, all fixed at no expense.
