Eric went well out of his way to make sure I could get the color Mazda5 I wanted -- very impressive. Bought my car here in 2007 and have only brought it here for service. Customer service is fantastic. Everyone is very friendly and the service manager is fantastic should you have any concerns. They always offer to wash my car if I would like and they are always more than happy to hook me up with a rental should I need to leave my car there for the day. They are on the ball from an oil change to something more major like a part replacement. My car won't be seeing any other service shops anytime soon. Another huge plus is all your service history is available online as well as being able to schedule your service visits WITH OUT having to pick up the phone. It's so nice to be able to look at a calendar of dates and times and schedule your appointment on your schedule. More
