It’s a long story, short version-car was in for check engine light, low oil pressure.(had an oil change less then one month prior at the dealership) After waiting 5 hours, car was “fixed”. 10 miles from engine light, low oil pressure.(had an oil change less then one month prior at the dealership) After waiting 5 hours, car was “fixed”. 10 miles from dealership, check engine light came back on, so I drove back to dealership. Was told no rental cars available, had to call for ride home. I live 46 miles from dealership. Car was there for a week before they even looked at it. Service advisor told me it was good to go, but I had a notification on the app stating “engine malfunction” I asked how it can be fixed when I had just gotten that notification. He tried to tell me the app is delayed 24 hours! Really!! When I finally could come get my car, it was buried in 6 inches of snow! So no rental, no updates, no explanation of how the problem could happen in the first place..I could go on and on! Not happy with the service at all!! More
Scam artist at their finest. Sold us a car that was not ready to be sold. The experience of buying the care went well. But the service center is another story. Took my Mazda CX-5 for service for a loud noise coming from my passenger headlight. Took it to inver Grove Mazda and they replaced it due to a faulty motor in the headlight. Definitely steer clear of this dealership service center. I was also told I was going to get a complimentary car wash and never received one. More
