A service technician scheduled my SUV for door ding repair, and also lined up a loaner car. Great! Then, late in the day - after my callls to find out if my vehicle was repaired went unanswered I dro repair, and also lined up a loaner car. Great! Then, late in the day - after my callls to find out if my vehicle was repaired went unanswered I drove home a calling again and leaving a message that I was taking the long way home just in case I my car was ready. After I got home, I got a call to tell me repairs were not done - the program I purchased did not cover because the paint was cracked. The next day I got a call asking me to call the dealership before I came to pick up my car. When I called I learned that a security guard damaged my car the night before. It took until yesterday - 18DAYS- to learn what was being repaired, where the car was. I still do not know when it will be ready for pickup. Called to the device tech and service manager went unanswered. Or vague voice messages were left. I got answers when I threatened to get legal counsel. More
