When I took my car (new Mazda cx3) in the dealer due to some audio issue, Kevin figured out immediately that a fuse was missing in the fuse box which was originated by the manufacturer. I apparently needed to be more specific. So, here goes. The service reps are friendly. Dallas is the best. The floor was clean, there were no dust on the walls. Seats were comfortable. Interesting to see the projects they are working on. The weather outside was gloomy and cold but I’m sure they couldn’t control the weather. The rest room was tidy and neat. Not like gas station loos... Ooof! I really liked the wood flooring in the service reception area. In terms of the actual service it was quick and easy. Text updates were a nice touch. Very covid-aware with car and key sanitization. I hope this is specific enough to post this review now that I’ve modified it half a dozen times! More

The service was good. The fact that I need to add a minimum amount of words is ridiculous.
