Hi Walter. Thank you for sharing your experience. We did work diligently with Mazda technical assistance on your behalf. However, since we could not duplicate the issue, there are no error codes, and Mazda technical support stated the blind spot monitoring system appears to be working normally, we are not authorized to replace parts. We routinely go above and beyond to exceed our guests expectations, and we will continue to do so. We are really sorry that this impacts your feelings about us. That's xxxxxxxx. You don't need permission from Mazda to replace the faulty blind spot detection system. You want it to be authorized so your dealership will get reimbursed. Be honest about it at least. If you can't duplicate the problem, Mazda will not necessarily reimburse your dealership. But it is the right thing to do. I bought a brand new vehicle, and it hasn't worked correctly, since I've owned it. I will never recommend a dealership that is more concerned with their bottom line then their customer's satisfaction. And it's not my satisfaction at the center of the problem, it's that you will not stand by your product. Just because you can't recreate the problem, which only occurs on the passenger side, after I've been on the road for quite a few hours, you refuse to replace it, BECAUSE YOU MAY NOT GET REIMBURSED BY MAZDA. And yes, I will give you the opportunity to "restore my positive vibes", and that's by doing the right thing. Repair it.

Would it be possible to have a passenger in your car take a video of this when it's happening? We really do want to help, but we can't randomly replace parts without having some indication of what it is specifically that's not working. Of course we are concerned with our bottom line, we are a business. However, we know our bottom line can only be good with happy customers. So far, we are able to make 99% of our guests happy. That is our end goal with you as well. Please let us know if taking a video is possibility. Thank you.
