Did not go well Went in for a recall on an air bag. When I picked up, the glove box was removed and in the back seat. The cabin air filter cover was removed and the a Went in for a recall on an air bag. When I picked up, the glove box was removed and in the back seat. The cabin air filter cover was removed and the air bag light was on. Went back in and they installed the glove box an said I was good to go. Did not find out the cabin air filter cover was not on until we noticed the car wasn’t warming up normally. I went to change the filter and noticed the cover was missing. Found it in the glove box. Air bag light still comes on however. This was one of the first days in the new shop and there must have been some thing still being learned. More

Audio/visual display rebooting and non functioning 2nd time in for same issue. Appt was made this time for a Saturday and the technicians that need to do this repair do not do it on the weekends, Dalla 2nd time in for same issue. Appt was made this time for a Saturday and the technicians that need to do this repair do not do it on the weekends, Dallas had already looked at the schedule and anticipated this issue so when I came in he was able to place me into a loaner so I wouldn't have to come back. My car was supposed to be done on Thursday and it was actually done early and the issue was fixed. I really appreciate not having to come back again or rescheduled since I had to make my appointment almost a month out. More
