When I went back for a second look, I was glad I had met him on a previous visit. Because, when I walked in on a Saturday morning (my second visit), I was pounced on by five other salesperson standing at the door like vultures. Not very inviting and a bit intimating. Thank you Keith for not being a vulture. I made mention of this to one of the managers that asked about my experience. Her comment back to me was "they are young and hungry." I feel bad for the next person how got one of those hungry salesperson. Not the experience/feeling I would want when shopping for a car. Thank you Keith. More

Great Service when you got the right person working for it I recently purchased 2017 Toyota Sienna from this dealership. Soon after that I realized that the radio on this car didn't support clock. I love Luther Brookdale Toyota!! Service was excellent, everyone is very friendly and accommodating. I bought two vehicles from them and take them to get serviced as well. Since they are both Toyota’s it p everyone is very friendly and accommodating. I bought two vehicles from them and take them to get serviced as well. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation and upon checkout the cashier reminded me I get free tire rotation. I love the fact nobody takes advantage of customers in anyway, I find them truly putting the customer first! More
