I purchased a new Highlander yesterday. The salesman noticed that one of the third row seats would not fold down. I called Jeremy first thing in the morning to see if I could get it Fixed as we are g noticed that one of the third row seats would not fold down. I called Jeremy first thing in the morning to see if I could get it Fixed as we are going on a trip this weekend. He was great and told me to bring in the car immediately. I did. And the seat was fixed within an hour and a half. Seems a cable inside the seat was not installed properly. Huge Thank You to Jeremy and the service department for their concern and prompt attention. Overall it was a good experience. I got the vehicle I wanted, the service was overall good, the dealership was clean, and I was always greeted immediately at the front desk. The only thing I couldn't shake was the sales approach. The sales person was partly unprofessional and didn't seem to want to want to help us, but rather find ways to exploit the buyer, get the sale, and move on. Never were we offered water once, in the either times we were there. The sales person didn't have a problem drinking it in front of us despite the hours we spent there. We had to get our own. In short, I felt like I got the stereotypical sales person. Not saying they are all like that there. The sales person I dealt with, I felt that person was just seeing in what ways could they exploit the buyer, rather than actually helping me and answering my questions. The person was a different person once the buying part started though. Outside the informational meeting, everything else was a great experience. More
