Had appointment for 12:15pm, car was not completed until 6:15pm. All it needed was oil change and new tires; was told it would take 2 hours max. Was told when I dropped car off at 12:15pm at service center 6:15pm. All it needed was oil change and new tires; was told it would take 2 hours max. Was told when I dropped car off at 12:15pm at service center that work was started and done as soon as possible. Was also told in subsequent phones at 3:30pm and 5pm that they were finishing up. It was not until 6pm that they called and said they just started the car and had other recommendations. That means my car had just been sitting there all day for nothing and they were telling me lies all day. Waste of my time waiting and no point in scheduling an appointment then. This should have not taken 6 hours. Lifelong Toyota user and have gone to Toyota service centers for all services. Would not go again to this location and would not recommend to others due to the lack of transparency and poor level of service. Don’t waste your time with this place and go somewhere else. More
