Excellent service on a short-notice needed repair. I needed a quick repair on a wiring problem in the steering column of my Sienna van. They also had the part necessary to replace the spare tire holder on a recall issue that I had been waiting for several months for another Toyota dealer to replace and they did that at Luther also. It was an A-1 experience. Having evening hours is a great service. More

Recent servicing of my car at Luther Toyota Brookdale I have been going to Luther Brookdale Toyota for over 10 years for the servicing of my car. They are kind, courteous, helpful and do a great job. My car is well taken care of and the problem is fixed. I like being able to take my car in after work if I need an oil change or repairs. I also love the transportation service, giving me a ride to work and picking me up, when my car is in need of repair and I need to get to work. What I don't like is when Toyota dropped the notices they mailed to you to let you know what needs replacement/looked at and serviced at what miles. With these mailed notices, I was able budget my money to better take care of my car. I would like to have these back. It helped with budgeting, just as importantly, I took really good care of my cars and they ran well and lasted much longer, saving me money and peace of mind. More

We would wake up in the morning and just get some breakfast and we'd talk to all of the people. They would come to know us as their family. We would all celebrate and dance daily, and have special parties on the solstaces and equinoxes. Eventually I'd grow old and my children and grandchildren would listen to my stories in front of dimly lit parking lights.. they'd think about putting me in a nursing home, but would remember what a spectacular place this is. Could've had 5 stars I went in for a oil change and tire rotation. Service rep. Joe was great. In and out in less than 40 minutes but there was 1 problem. They only rotate I went in for a oil change and tire rotation. Service rep. Joe was great. In and out in less than 40 minutes but there was 1 problem. They only rotated 2 of my tires. The techs didn't tell the rep. why they didn't rotate the other tires. I only noticed it because my son had marked a rear tire with the pen and the same tire was still in the same spot. The service rep. and the service manager offered to look at the camera to make sure they rotated the tires. At first they were telling me they rotated the tires but after looking at a different camera, it was determined that they didn't even touched the 2 other tires. I paid to have 4 tires rotated not 2. I should've gotten some kind of discount but nothing. On the flip side, they are quick and the people over in the service department is awesome. More
