The Camry was past its suggested routine maintenance and with the vehicle being given to my daughter I wanted the major items serviced. Upon walking into the service desk area I was greeted immediately with "can I help you". Jeremy was professional and polite with logging my service request. I appreciated a coffee and doughnut while waiting for my ride. I was notified of additional service prior to its beginning which made good sense to do at this time. I was notified again when the work was completed. The payment station folks were prompt and friendly. My vehicle exterior was washed clean and ready for pick-up inside which is appreciated. Barely recognized it clean. I felt the service experience was great from beginning to end and will share it with others. More

I scheduled my preventive maintenance appointment with Luther Brookdale Toyota on line after getting a list of $2,000 worth items to be serviced from another shop during a December oil change. I thanked the shop for the list but my trust in Brookdale Toyota prompted me to have my Maintenance One and Two done, an oil change and my exhaust checked. I dropped it off on a Saturday and Steve Miller immediately hooked me up with a 2014 Camry to use during the weekend. As I expected I did not need the $2,000 worth of things to be done as the other car shop suggested. My preventive maintenance checks passed, I got my oil change with the 100,000K mile discount and the exhaust system was less than I budgeted. Steve got me a great deal on a after market part. WOW! With the service I got from Steve and the cashiers I felt like a VIP! My confidence in Brookdale Toyota service center keeps me coming back and make that 40 minute drive to keep my 2001 Camry running great. My third car will be purchased from them soon. More

I arrived by an appointment to find the attendant to be very welcoming, respectful , After registering my SUV in to be serviced. My wife and I was escorted to the lobby area which was very quite. Then greeted by a salesman not sure if I should call him a salesman I believe he preferred to be Toyota associate. Normally I feel nervous and prayed upon when it comes to salesman's( Abdi) but his demeanor as a person was very comforting My wife an I really appreciates everything Abdi brought to the table, he was respectful, friendly and a very pleasant person I strongly recommend Luther Brookdale Toyota. I just showed up at Luther Toyota Scion service today without an appointment. My driver's side window suddenly stopped working and came off its track seriously just 15 mins earlier. The service lady came over to my car and agreed that a technician needed to look at it. I was so impressed that they fit me in without an appointment. They offered me a ride home in a courtesy van. When I returned to pick up the car I found out that they had to order the part from another dealership. Then they found out that the part was the wrong one! 30 mins later they had located the right part. And again drove to pick it up. Steve Miller told us that the 2 technicians actually stayed late to complete the job within the day! The returned the car all washed. The service was excellent and showed their commitment to the highest standards. Highly recommended. More

I had an early appointment this morning for a routine oil change. I was greeted by friendly attendants. The atmosphere was quiet, respectful and pleasant. Jeremy returned with one recommendation after the car had been assessed..............no pressure about what I decided. I agreed to the recommendation, the work was promptly completed and I was graciously thanked for being a customer. I left feeling safe in the vehicle and welcomed! No question that I highly recommend Luther-Brookdale Toyota!!!!!!! More
