I purchased my 2008 Toyota RAV4 from this dealership and have had it serviced here from the start. The facility is state-of-the-art; staff is professional, knowledgeable and courteous! I generally drop off/pick up my vehicle, but know I'd be very comfortable if I "hung out" to wait. Their lounge is a class act! It looks very comfortable -- computer access, TVs to watch, coffee and snacks to sustain you while you wait! I always use the coupons they mail out with reminders about service/maintenance and costs are always reasonable. I receive calls while service is being performed -- usually "everything looks good" or possibly a recommendation for a minor repair or replacement. They wash my car before I pick it up. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase, service or repair their Toyota! More

I took the car in a little early for regular service because in May I was told the the front struts were ready to lead. I had found a black spot by each front wheel the day before and called for servic because in May I was told the the front struts were ready to lead. I had found a black spot by each front wheel the day before and called for service on Monday. I was given a quick appointment for Tuesday. Duane was my service manage when I came in. We talked about what was needed and I went into the waiting room, where I relaxed and read my book while I drank 2 cups of your delicious cappuccino. Duane came in to tell me that the struts still did not not need changing, possible the next time or some time next year. However they found that the fuel protector shield had corroded and fallen on the gas line (I think that was where it was). He said I needed the shield replaced, and, of course, I agreed. One of the women at the payment desk had offered me information of a shorter way home because my entrance to 694 off of 35W going south was blocked this morning. It was clear yesterday. They routed us back the way I came to Highway 10 to 252 to 694 to Brooklyn Boulevard, which I felt was way out of the way. Her way got me home in good time. The other woman who took my payment was also friendly and helpful. I was also pleased that although I didn't mention it I was given the senior discount as usual. Thanks. More

Went in on a Saturday morning for an oil change. The place is spotless and the service person very friendly. They found a nail in my tire and I'm very thankful they did! Service was quick. I ended up place is spotless and the service person very friendly. They found a nail in my tire and I'm very thankful they did! Service was quick. I ended up going back a few days later because of a high pitched noise coming out of my heater/air conditioner fan. A couple of the desk guys quickly jumped in the car to see what the problem was and found a straw wrapper had become lodged in there somehow. They were very helpful and nice and I was on my way in a few minutes. Wish I had their names. It was Tuesday, October 8th about 10:00p.m. Thanks guys!! More

I brought my 2011 Toyota Sienna XLE in for a synthetic oil change at 38342 miles. Vehicle was checked in immediately (I had a 9:00 AM appointment). I waited approximately 30 minutes and the service was co oil change at 38342 miles. Vehicle was checked in immediately (I had a 9:00 AM appointment). I waited approximately 30 minutes and the service was completed, vehicle washed and was given a "distinguished customer" discount of 10 % ! Very pleased ! Rotors replaced by same dealership 10 months ago and already need the rotors machined. Driving habits have not changed so I can only conclude that something was off with the replacement rotors. Working with service to find a solution to the inability to pair my Verizon Motorola phone with the Highlander Bluetooth system. We so far have tried 2 modules and a new radio and 3 Verizon Motorola phones. to pair my Verizon Motorola phone with the Highlander Bluetooth system.
