The service was good. I would have liked to have been informed of the $20 concierge service when I booked it. It was only disclosed via text the day of my pickup. I have no issue with the $20 concierge service and think that is a good deal, but just make sure to disclose costs upfront to your customers in the future. No customer likes hidden costs. Transparency is good for business. More

The experience was excellent. I made an appointment for a recall on the shifter trim of my 2019 Golf R, and Lucas met me in the service bay. He was aware of what my vehicle needed I made an appointment for a recall on the shifter trim of my 2019 Golf R, and Lucas met me in the service bay. He was aware of what my vehicle needed, and explained that the service would take about an hour or so. After an hour, my Golf R was cleaned and the service performed. I received an excellent video detailing the inspection that was done as part of the service. Overall, I was very happy with my experience. More
