My car was due for the 40,000 checkup which I was told would take 3 1/2 - 4 hours. I chose to wait at the dealership for the servicing to be completed. When I checked in, Lucas met me and went over the would take 3 1/2 - 4 hours. I chose to wait at the dealership for the servicing to be completed. When I checked in, Lucas met me and went over the servicing that was to be completed. He kept me informed throughout the time, and the work was completed in 3 1/2 hours. The waiting area was great and I enjoyed the warm sun that came through the windows on a cold February day. I also enjoyed catching up with Jill who had sold me my car 4 years also. Wonderful, helpful, friendly staff. More
