I scheduled my service, and was offered to either drop it off at the dealership or the service center. I chose the dealership, and then on my way home received a call from a concierge asking to confirm my ad off at the dealership or the service center. I chose the dealership, and then on my way home received a call from a concierge asking to confirm my address, as he was expecting to pick my car up at home. Then; I was told my car would be done by the end of the day. I was never called, and upon calling was told they didn’t know where my car was. Although I had a tracker in my car confirming my car was in fact at the dealership, but no one knew that. The next morning, I didn’t even receive a phone call from anyone letting me know what happened or when my car would be ready. An absolutely terrible experience More
