Complimentary car wash was listed but not performed. Asked to have replaced part placed in vehicle but was not done. Had to come back in and wait for parts to be found. Asked for one service to be placed on separate bill so third party could pay but was instead left as its own line but other parts were added next day messing up the point of having it separate. Seems to be a communication gap between service advisors if the person writing up isn’t there the day of service More
