I felt like they were just trying to upsell me on service. Some of the things they were charging for seemed unnecessary. Cost was very high for a routine oil change, especially when I purchased a $45,000 vehicle there two years ago and it has less than 11,000 miles on it. I don’t understand why I would need to spend an extra $500 on service at this point of the cars life. I will not be returning for oil changes in the future because I feel like they are just using this as a way to get me in there to spend a ton of money on unnecessary things. More
