Bradley Nimz was very helpful to me in coordinating the towing of my TDI to the service department as well as keeping me updated on how the repairs went i.e. what part was bad on the car and which warranty towing of my TDI to the service department as well as keeping me updated on how the repairs went i.e. what part was bad on the car and which warranty covered it.
