Luther Brookdale is efficient, friendly, and their service department does exceptional work. They walked out and greeted me before I could even turn off the car. I had my routine service performed, a recall software update, and new tires, all in a timely fashion. I had excellent communication throughout, and my car was washed and clean at pickup. I really felt cared for. This is my first VW and I admit I was reluctant first, but am glad I did it. VW’s are excellent value and the service and customer experience through the vehicle‘s life is exceptional. More
