I was having some problems with the stereo in my car. A complete replacement of the infotainment system was required. I didn't have all my warranty information so this would have been a costly repair. The complete replacement of the infotainment system was required. The repair technician, jason Gallus, tracked down the warranty from the original dealer and saved me from having to pay for the repair. There were a few problems with the initial install, but when I brought it back in, another technician, Bradley Nimz, got everything working correctly. Did not leave a message about not dropping car off back at my home, soi called directly to Luther detail service and got hung up on two times before getting put on hold for an extended time. So i drove to to dealer in my other car only to waste my time with the financial department ( sells ad on and takes care of paper work). They were not my sales team that sold me the car. Neither one there when i needed them. The people don't care if they didn't sell it to you. Left message for the General manager but hung up on mid message out of anger and disappointment. The sales person, or anyone else including the M didn't even try to get someone to call me directly to see what the problem i was having. Don't expect after sale service. More
