Nate was the absolute best to work with at Luther Brookdale Volkswagen. My car brook down on the side of the freeway. After getting it towed to Luther, Nate went out of his way to help me. He set me up with a rental so I could get home and contacted me as soon as the issue was resolved. He let me know that a previous dealership had not properly attached a circuit (And sent me pictures pointing at where this is located in my engine) which resulted in my car breaking down. Nate informed me that the previous dealership was responsible for my car breaking down and helped me with having the dealership pay for the expenses at Luther. Nate is awesome and I am so thankful for him. More

Light bulb clip Went to dealer for replacement of bulb clip nd reinstall. Was told a whole new headlight assembly was needed. Declined. Went home and searched onlin Went to dealer for replacement of bulb clip nd reinstall. Was told a whole new headlight assembly was needed. Declined. Went home and searched online for correct clip which I bought at same dealer. Got in two days. Picked up and put bulb back in in ten minutes!. Sad that my regular dealer was trying to pull one over me!! More
