Amazing customer service Last week I got two flat tires on my way home from work when it was 40 below 0 and I was panicking about how I was going to get my precious beetle bac Last week I got two flat tires on my way home from work when it was 40 below 0 and I was panicking about how I was going to get my precious beetle back on the road. VW roadside assistance picked up my car Tuesday night and brought it in. Scott called me Wednesday to get details on what had happened and kept me updated on when my car would be ready. This is my first car that’s 100% my responsibility and this is my first time living in a different state than my parents so you could imagine the stress I was dealing with. Scott kept me updated throughout the day Thursday as my tires were being fixed/replaced and was very helpful and patient with me. He even suggested my dad call him so I could be assured I’m making the right decisions about my car. The whole situation was so painless and I’m very very happy with the service I got. I hope I never have to come back to get something fixed, but if I do I’ll know my car is in good hands. More
