I still have no idea what the problem is and this review is the first I've heard from anyone. If i wasn't required to have the maintenance done at a VW dealership, i wouldn't come back. This in no way reflects the demeanor of the employees, who are all lovely. But nice employees don't cancel out the price and lack of communication. Thanks. More
