An amazingly easy transaction! I found myself visiting this dealership to test drive a car I found on Carfax. Unfortunately, it wasn’t exactly what I was looking for. However Steve I found myself visiting this dealership to test drive a car I found on Carfax. Unfortunately, it wasn’t exactly what I was looking for. However Steve Fischer told me he would continue to search for my “ideal” vehicle. Three weeks later he contacted me with a description of a car that, on paper, checked off all of my requirements. I test drove the car the next day and within less than an hour of completing the test drive, I was leaving the dealership in my new car. The purchasing of this new car was seemless and easy. I'm now on my 3rd VW lease, and it's not that my prior experiences were bad overall, but this time just felt simpler and very low hassle. Communication was efficient and clear, and I felt that my questions, even the very direct ones about lease calculation, specific costs, etc. were answered quickly and clearly. As my primary contact, Brendon was very straightforward to deal with and not pushy. He would try to answer questions initially. If he was not able to, then he was able to quickly pull in his manager (Kristi) who was equally straightforward in addressing my asks. In the one instance where Brendon got a detail wrong, he acknowledged it and didn't deflect. In complement to the sales team, Jennifer was great to work with on the financials. Seemingly very matter-of-fact and transparent throughout the financing conversations. And the fact that these went quickly without feeling rushed says a lot. More
