Why does VW tell me my alignment is off?my tires are bad?, I get a second opinion and they say that my alignment is just fine and my tires have a year left in them! I have concluded, the service department has sales people who are coached to find any way to upgrade the charges. This us fraudulent. Note That I asked for the exact reading of my so-called out of alignment, and they could not provide it. And the tire tread depth did NOT match the readings from a large tire company I trust. More

Car was returned from service filthy and had scratches in the paint in multiple locations that required the dealer to send the car off site to have fixed.
