Amber was very kind and professional to work with. I do think the policy with the coupons is unnecessary. I forgot my coupon at home and was told that if I didn’t have it now that they would not honor the think the policy with the coupons is unnecessary. I was being picked up and said I would bring it back when I returned but per policy you’re supposed to have it at time of arrival. Amber was kind enough to honor the coupon if I went home and took a picture of it. This process is creating a very unnecessary poor customer experience and should be reevaluated. More
