After already purchasing a car from Humberto Lopez, he became very rude and disinterested in helping me with my car value appraisal. I had made it explicitly clear to Humberto that I was not looking to purchase another car from VW and he still deliberately tried to sell me a Tigun instead of providing me with a copy of the appraisal for my car.
