I was able to get a next day appointment. Check in was quick and thorough. My car was going to be ready at 11 am. Poor communication, unprofessional service, and waste of time. Brought car in for tire change and engine inspection. Tech skipped inspection and tried to have me come back later. Finally diagnosed 2 days la time. Brought car in for tire change and engine inspection. Tech skipped inspection and tried to have me come back later. Finally diagnosed 2 days later but failed to diagnose oil burn issue. Instead gave temp fix that only lasted 3 days after charging me $700 for repairs only to have to repair again. Will never go here again. More

Was a loyal customer. Had spent over $5000 on services in the past 18 month alone. Service manager refused to work with me on price points and discounts. The work that was completed was less than competent (alignment). Promptly returned the next morning. They fixed the issue, but made statements claiming that I was lying about the issue. They have lost my trust. They have lost my loyalty. But worse, they have lost all of my service business forever. More
