The costs for repair are u reasonable and not competitive. If not for having to be at a VW Dealer specifically for my recent repair, I would not have gone there. I had to repeatedly tell the service rep not to do extra work and asked for my contact info to be updated in their records and it was not done. More

Came in for a tire repair and ended up getting the tire replaced. Service took about two hours but it's understandable since they tried fixing the tire first.
