I came in for a VW recall issue and oil change and was told there were no discounted service offerings or coupons available. I got 'upsold' 2 overpriced air filters against better judgment for a fleecing told there were no discounted service offerings or coupons available. I got 'upsold' 2 overpriced air filters against better judgment for a fleecing $112 installed and came home later that day to have service discounts offered to me in my email from Rudy Luther dealerships?!?! Not happy...and, to make matters worse - I responded to a Service Manager's text message asking me if I had an exceptional experience and that I'd be getting a survey from VW in my email and to reach out to him if it was anything but that - I've tried to call the dealership TWO times without a return phone call yet??? The customer service provided was professional. I would have preferred the wait time to service the car to have not been 3 hours and 30 minutes.
