After driving to Westside VW where I had purchased our vehicle and ignored and then told the wait would be 2 hours even though I was the only one in the bay for an express oil change, arriving at Brookdal vehicle and ignored and then told the wait would be 2 hours even though I was the only one in the bay for an express oil change, arriving at Brookdale was a breath of fresh air! I was greeted immediately and treated with respect. I was told that it might be up to 1 and 1/2 hours wait but it was obvious to me that I wasn’t a bother like the service advisor at westside made me feel. I was shown the waiting area and the options for staying separated from others which was important to me since I am immunocompromised. All staff I had contact with were very cordial and helpful. That included the cashier and the parts advisor and two sales persons who greeted me. I will be back for future service! More

Great place to service your cars. Amazing and friendly staff. Clean sitting areas along with some good coffee. Snack bar would be great.
