I find this dealership deceptive and have no confidence in their service. A brake fluid flush “was” completed. I had a free spring inspection done at another car place and was told I needed a brake fluid in their service. A brake fluid flush “was” completed. They told me my tires were dangerously bad… the second visit with a different person my tires were ok. I had a CD player that stopped working and was quoted $400 for a used radio. My dad found one on line for $150. I was able to remove the old and install the new radio on my own. A code was needed so I called VW. They said I needed to bring my car in for reset that would cost over $100… I was able to get a code from VW on line for $13 !! No response when I canceled my appointment and told them what I was able to do with the code. Shady!!! More
