Brought our newly purchased 2014 Ford Escape in. Both emblems were off the car and we chose to get them replaced. Back one was scratched so had to bring it in again to get it replaced. I have seen many Ford Escapes where it appeared they have fallen off while driving. Seems a Ford Recall issue but I had to pay for new ones so the car didn’t look trashy. I drive an Audi Q7, Dedge Ram 1500 new pickup and have never owned a Ford. I will be rethinking where I take my vehicle. I also got a quote prior to the work (new key).
