The sales department seemed like they could care less if I bought the truck. I knew nothing about the truck and how things functioned, The sales rep did not even know where the jack is. Let him know it is behind the rear passenger seat. We were not allowed a test drive, which would have helped. The engine and under the hood was not cleaned and detailed like it should, we also noticed a small scrath on the hood. No discounts on accessories purchased, which can be purchased online and delivered several hundreds of dollars cheaper. The only reason I bought this truck at Luther was because there are no others like this, and Ford is discontinuing the club cab. I wish Superior Ford had what I wanted, I had a very good experience with them when I bought my last blue Ford. I did not think Luther Ford was a professionally run dealership, I do love my truck on a good note. Dave More

The staff was highly supportive of our family during a current medical condition. I asked Roger Holland if he could find an Edge in Michelle's favorite color with the Titanium trim line.
