I have dealt with Luther Ford for quite a few years and have had a GREAT experience each time and the salesmen we have had over the years, have been EXCELLENT. I had a disturbing conversation with Terry W in sales that made me feel like I was trying to pull a fast one on my trade (2019 FX4 F250 26K). Every vehicle I have traded has been a very clean, no surprises of the condition it was in. I am very HONEST and he spoke to me like I was a liar and seemed like accusing of having something wrong with the pickup. If you need to see the vehicle to trade in these times with COVID, then drive up and view it and see for yourself without the snarky conversations. I am not sure if it is because I am a woman or what the deal was. THANKFULLY, I have a great relationship with Jeremy in finance as he is very excellent to work with, even though he is not in sales and went that extra mile for me and my husband to get the purchase done(sales credit to him). We will not be trading for a while so when the time does come, we are for sure going to a different salesman.
