I had a small paint issue on the new F-150 I purchased from Luther Family Ford. The problem involved having to repaint the tailgate. He arranged a loaner truck for me and delivery and pick up of my truck to and from the Luther collision center. The re-paint was excellent. I can’t give higher marks to Luther service and to Brad. It blew me away. My truck stalled on the highway. As I was waiting for a tow truck I called them and they said they were booking about a week out. I wasn't going to argue.
