I had noticed my pickup (with small camper on it) was not level, but 1.5 inches lower on driver side. When I took the pickup in for oil change etc., I asked them to look at the rear suspension while it was level, but 1.5 inches lower on driver side. When I took the pickup in for oil change etc., I asked them to look at the rear suspension while it was up on the rack. They told me that the camper was 1/4 " closer to the left side and there was nothing wrong with the suspension. I WAS SHOCKED when I got the bill and they charged me $65 for glancing at the leaf springs!! Then, to top it off, as I was driving home I noticed that they had failed to reset my dashboard "oil change required" sign!! (NOT the first time that has happened). Probably won't buy or service vehicles at Luther Ford anymore. Ted Esslinger More
