They were there for us after the sale, just as I had hoped for. We purchased my first and probably only new pickup from Luther Family Ford last year and I had them put some accessories on the pickup inc hoped for. We purchased my first and probably only new pickup from Luther Family Ford last year and I had them put some accessories on the pickup including a bug deflector and right at a year, while driving 1/3 of the deflector came off and bent upwards. We stopped in the dealership and Eric took care of everything with Aero Skin and got me a new one and reinstalled it without and problems and at no cost to us. Great service after the sale. Very unorganized. Was given two different quotes, the second being much higher after the work was confirmed. I had to call two different departments to get information about the first quote. why doesn't second being much higher after the work was confirmed.
