when life happens and luther ford has your back ! a driver side turbo went out on my EcoBoost for an unknown reason, steve fischer was great getting the repair done and finding the parts needed during a driver side turbo went out on my EcoBoost for an unknown reason, steve fischer was great getting the repair done and finding the parts needed during this COVID 19 epidemic and part shortage. i got the truck back and a 3 days later the passenger turbo blew. Luther ford once again performed the repair. the ford tech took it for a long test drive and the driver side turbo failed again unfortunately due to small debris in the system. steve fisher was great on giving updates, stayed extremely positive, and once again performed a speedy repair. 3 turbos later my truck is running better than ever. the customer service, attention to detail, and communication I have experienced at Luther ford is on another level. this dealership has earned my business for life. and i will be making many future purchases with them.
