not soo good I checked in with the individual to register my vehicle for an oil change and told him I needed to have a recall notice done on the vehicle. He sent me over to a service agent ( 1st one seated toward the overhead door). I walked up to the agent and he completely ignored me and kept staring into his computer. I really felt kind of ackward standing in front of himI with no acknowledgement from him so I said "hello" and he relied "yeah" I told him what I needed and he said I would have to make an appointment. He pulled out some paperwork to set up an appointment but I said OK I will call some other day. He really made me feel like I was not welcome here. The employees working with the oil change department were reall good. it was just this one service agent that just didnt seem to want to have to deal with me. More
