Arrived on time and pickup immediately taken into service. We were told that it would be one hour. Work was done before the one hour. Everyone there was very pleasant to work with. You can tell by the way everyone we interacted with or observed them speaking with other customers shows that Luther Family Ford is a great place to work and they take care of their employees. Our last three new Fords have come from Luther and when the time comes so will the next one. More

Big lot, small lot feeling I had to make a difficult decision this spring. My husband died in January and as much as I tried to find a way to make his truck work for me, it was I had to make a difficult decision this spring. My husband died in January and as much as I tried to find a way to make his truck work for me, it was just too high and was causing hip and ankle problems that weren’t getting better. I was going to need something lower but could still work for carrying some big loads. I had been watching on the internet for several months and finally found the vehicle I wanted but trading in a vehicle was something I had never done alone. Let alone a vehicle with emotional attachments. I was randomly assigned Terry Wicklow when I contacted your dealership. Such a large car lot! Was I making a mistake? I definitely had misgivings. But Terry made me feel like it was going to be ok. Didnt hurt that when I asked my husband, Doug to give me some kind of sign that I was doing the right thing, he did. Our last ride together was in a fargo ambulance. Sure enough a situation happened that day and a Fargo ambulance came and parked right by the car I was looking at buying. It felt like my husband was there and approving. Terry helped me through the process of buying and trading in a vehicle. He took the time to give me a few lessons in driving a newer car. He made suggestions but wasn’t pressuring. I’m so grateful that he was assigned that day. I love my Ford Edge and don’t have any feelings of ‘maybe I shouldn’t have’. Your huge car lot was made to feel like a small car lot for me because of him. Thank you so much! More
