He was nothing like what I have usually met, didn’t push me on anything and if I said no about something he didn’t proceed to keep prompting about it. Leaky tail light. Luther was good. However, the fact that I had to drive out to Luther for a leaky taillight so they could send pictures to Ford to get "approval" is B Luther was good. Should be taken care of with no questions. Between my wife and I. We have 2-3 hours of messing around for a 10 minute fix. More
